The styling that we’ve used favours a boxed fit, as opposed to skinny trousers and slim-fit jackets. This gives you space to add layers underneath in colder climates, and room for airflow in summer.

The back of our jacket and the end of each sleeve covering your wrists, have long designs to ensure protection, with our ballistic fibres covering you when it matters. Our trousers are boot cut, letting you discreetly fit a boot or rider shoe underneath.

To assess your size best, we suggest that you measure a jacket or pair of jeans that you feel comfortable in, and then compare that to our detailed size charts. It’s important that the impact protectors cover your limbs properly, so try it on as soon as it arrives.

We have a detailed size chart for you to consolidate. Our products are made to be a relaxed fit, rather than tight or oversized. Please consider this when making your purchase.

EU Shipping

Please note that all garments are shipped within 48 hours. 

Shipping to the EU is free for orders over €300. We ship EU-wide with VAT included. 

We use local couriers and international suppliers to provide the most efficient delivery for you.

UK Shipping

When shipping to the UK, we prepay taxes to save our customers from having to manage this with customs directly. Returns still follow our standard policy, however, UK Import Tax (19%) will be deducted from the refunds.

International Shipping 

International shipping is available.

The end customer will be responsible for paying the customs and duties.

Safety and performance will always be our number one priority. We engineer all of our products to withstand the harshest conditions and use independent test labs to ensure that they perform when it matters.  

We stand by our quality of manufacturing and offer a free 2-year warranty on all of our protective clothing for any manufacturing or material faults.

Please note that our warranty does not apply to the D3O® Ghost™ Armour or any third-party products.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 21 days, from the date of the order to return your items to us for a refund. We will notify you when we have received your return.

All items must be returned in their original, saleable condition (unworn, unwashed and with all tags). Please note that D3O® Ghost™  Back protectors are non-refundable due to the liability of the protectors. 

Return shipping is a fixed fee of €10 within Europe, which will be deducted from the refund. Please wait 14 working days for your refund to appear in your account.

Pre-orders are one way that we help create sustainability at Silk Road. By anticipating the volume of demand for any of our pieces, we can reduce waste or disappointment easily.

On our product pages, we’ll let you know when we expect our products to be ready to ship to you. If we encounter any delays, we’ll make sure to notify you via email. 

All of our pre-orders come with the same returns and exchange policy as any other products, with full refunds available for 21 days after your purchase date. We will always try to have a wide range of sizes available should you need to change your garment, but do refer to our sizing charts for the best chance to get it right the first time.

We purposefully produce low-volume but high-quality clothing, that is built to last the test of time. Each garment is cut, sewn and constructed in a facility that is LEED-certified for its use of Solar power, lowered CO2 and reduced water consumption. 

Our packaging is all biodegradable, with labels made from FCS materials and the industry-standard plastic packaging, replaced with cornstarch alternatives. 

We’re committed to improving our efficiency and sustainable practices, which is why our manufacturing facilities are working together with universities to better understand how to improve production.
